Ordering

Corporate Catering order forms must be completed via our online order form, Over the phone or via direct email to corporatecatering@mrcappuccino.com.au Once your order has been received, A Corporate Catering staff member will be in touch within 2 hours of receiving the order to confirm all of the finer details. Our cut off for next day ordering is 2.30pm the day prior.

Pricing

All prices on the menu are inclusive of GST and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include Delivery Costs, Dietary Surcharges or Staff and Equipment Hire. All standing catering bookings will be honoured at the price at the time of booking.

Minimums (Min.)

Corporate Catering has a minimum order amount of $100 for delivery Monday to Friday. If an order comes in under that we offer pick up from our Fyshwick location.

You will find a couple of packages on our menu also have minimums for the number of people we can cater to, these do apply unless otherwise discussed.

Please contact our office for all enquiries relating to weekend catering. Please note our change in delivery fee’s and weekend surcharge’s that will be applied. See delivery and surcharges for more information.

Delivery

Every effort will be made to ensure delivery is made at the designated time, however depending on the delivery schedule this may not always be possible. Deliveries will be scheduled in half hour time frames.

A $25.00 delivery fee will be applied to all requested deliveries on Monday to Friday at the time of booking. This fee includes a return trip to collect any items, either on the day or the day after as arranged at time of booking.

Deliveries requested before 7am and after 5pm Monday to Friday will incur an additional $20 delivery fee. Deliveries requested on a Saturday will incur a $30.00 Delivery Fee and on Sundays $40.00. If more than one delivery is requested, you will be charged per delivery on weekends.

Payments

Corporate Catering offers a 7-day payment period, from the day of catering, unless otherwise discussed prior to.

We accept Direct deposit, Cheque, Cash, Bankcard, Mastercard, Visa, and Amex. Please note our company does not charge a percentage surcharge on payments.

Cancellations

We require 24 hours’ notice for any order 20 guests or under and 72 hours’ notice for any order 35 guests or more. Cancellations will not be accepted on the day of order. Full payment is required if cancellation is not within the above terms.

Surcharges:

Individual Packaging: Corporate Catering have the ability for items from our menu to be Individually Packaged. We are able to offer almost all items on our menu to be packed individually at an additional cost of $2.00 per person. If you have a full day event please note we are required to charge this surcharge for each break.

Weekend Catering: Catering requested on weekends is assessed on a per job basis. Catering supplied on Saturdays will incur a 10% surcharge plus delivery. Catering requested for Sundays or Public Holidays will incur a 15% surcharge plus delivery.

Dietary Requirements: Corporate Catering endeavour to provide replacement food for all dietaries as per their request. Although Corporate Catering has not used any of the allergens to produce the requested dietary, they have been prepared in a kitchen where these allergens are frequently used, therefore we cannot guarantee that there are no traces of allergens in the provided meal.

Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan & Kosher requests will incur a surcharge of $2.50 per person per meal requirement with their food packed in a separate container and labelled accordingly.
